CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
This policy will vary according to the season
Guests making a reservation directly with the hotel can cancel without penalty up to :
- 3 days before arrival in the Low/Mid Season. (May through October).
- 15 days before arrival in the High Season (November through April), and Brazilian National Holidays.
- 30 days before arrival in the Peak Season when special packages apply. For example, Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Easter.
- After these deadlines have fallen, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
- No Show is considered when the guest fails to arrive on the date reserved, without giving prior notice to the hotel. In such cases the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
- In the case of early departure for any reservation, regardless of the time of year, the
total cost of the reservation will be charged.
GUESTS RESERVING THROUGH AGENCIES OR RESERVATION SITES:
The cancellation and No Show policies agreed upon by the guests when making the reservation will be applied. These policies may differ from those described above.
In this case, cancellations or modifications must be made directly with the original travel agent or reservation site.
